For two days my package was in transit but already in Spartanburg. Then I get an update saying it hasn't even left NC yet and it is going to be late. Nice tracking (sarcasm) nice ontime delivery ( more sarcasm) I ship THE OTHER GUYS Update: The incompetence grows with every delivery. Is it too much to bag my items so they don't get wet in the rain or maybe put them on the covered porch that you're LITERALLY STANDING RIGHT BESIDE? They would get fired if they work for THE OTHER GUYS..
I would give a zero if I could. The Anderson depot is terrible! When I tell u I have never not had a problem with a delivery from this depot I am not even kidding! At Xmas I had a 400 game table get randomly left at a dollar general. This week a phone I should have gotten it on Aug 8th what's today.... The 19th. The driver took random pics of his pants his hand the floor all to not deliver my package. I have called every day they now have it at the Greenville location this is bs!! Whoever delivers to Arbors at Brookfield in Mauldin (usually listed as Anthony in the app) Absolutely sucks, has cost me $6,000 worth of missing product, has not 1 single time in 4 months of living here delivered a package to me appropriately, AND FEDEX DOESNT CARE AT ALL!
