Fed ex for the win again! For the 2nd time in 3 weeks a missing package. This is one of the most poorly run companies and a disgrace. No quality control and not a care. No customer service either which makes things even worse. Companies need to start using UPS more to ship. They are much more professional.
I wish I can upload the video here. One thing I hate about FedEx is they’re quick to leave the door tag on your door and said they attempted to deliver the package. Nope, they make minimal effort for that. They knocked on my door only once, and then left with my package that I’ve been waiting for weeks. And we had two grown adults at home could’ve sign the package. If they actually ring the doorbell. Cause at the moment we were all upstairs. FedEx is incapable of checking an address. My shipments keep being returned as FedEx says my address is incorrect. USPS, UPS, Amazon and DHL can find my house with the same address. I will now ask companies that I purchase from if they ship with FedEx, and if the answer is yes, then I will cancel the order. I have called FedEx customer service dozens of times, and nothing seems to help. I am done with FedEx.
