Took off work today to accept a package that required a signature. Had an 11 to 2 window, then at 2 it changed to 230-6, then at 6 it changed to before 8. Then at 740 they changed it to tomorrow. It absolutely horrible that there is nothing that can be done with this terrible service. Not the first time this has happened!

Fedex is absolutely the WORST delivery service I've ever had the pleasure of using. My package has been out for delivery for 2 days now. Scanned on the truck, both times. The first time, I saw the delivery driver WITH MY OWN EYES MIND YOU, pull into my driveway. Rummage through his truck. LEFT. Just left. Delivered a package 2 houses down though right after, thank goodness for my neighbors. Called of course to report it after waiting to see if he was going to come back.
