To Whom It May Concern, I am a resident of the Glendale Arbor development in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. I am writing to report that one of your drivers frequently parks on residential driveways to make deliveries rather than parking on the street. I am concerned because heavy delivery trucks can cause driveway damage, and many driveways in our neighborhood already have cracks. A driver from this facility delivered my package to the wrong house this passed weekend and I have not been able to get up with anyone to get this straightened out

I very rarely leave reviews but I picked up a couch with my friend today and it took over 45 minutes for them to find the package in the center, so we were just waiting outside in the heat for someone to give us literally any information. When the package came out of the facility it was in tatters. They gave us no information and it was just an exhausting experience and now we have a damaged couch.

2 days in a row of “out for delivery.” Then get notifications of “No attempt was made for delivery.” Called both days and was assured package would be delivered. NOPE. Worst delivery service I’ve ever seen.
