FedEx driver lied. I was expecting a package with perishable items. It has the correct address on the package. I have a ring camera & home all day. He never came. Said wrong address on the package. Package delivered the following day everything inside ruined. FedEx used to be a caring, high-quality company. Not any more. Fred Smith, the founder, must be rolling in his grave. 😑
They delivered my package to the wrong unit and I have been in their website, chatted with a computer on their website and also chatted with their computer on a phone # and got no where. You can’t get a person on the phone to help you and when you ask the computer they hang up on you. This company is terrible and will never use them but when I get packages delivered from a large store who uses them you don’t have an option.
We have nothing but great things to say about FedEx. Our neighborhood has been lucky, because for the last few years, Delano has been our delivery driver. He helped me out a few weeks ago when I accidentally wrote the wrong address for a package that was being delivered to me. Thankfully it was to a house right down the street from us, but when I mentioned it to him he told me he would take care of it. And he remembered and was able to deliver the package to my house! Thank you Delano!!
Came earlier then the time expected and came in great condition
