I hate this place with a passion, packages arrive here and just sit without updates. Can’t call in to get a person your outdated robot system hangs up every time because you guys don’t want to actually help people. I have a package that has the status of on a delivery truck at 2:55am in the morning and no updates for the last 48 hours. I'm sorry but FedEx residential delivery has become a joke. They told me that something I ordered would be delivered yesterday, when it was never listed as out for delivery... First, they told me it would be here by around 6:00 p.m. Then, after 6 pm, they updated it to before the end of day which is 8:00 p.m. for FedEx. No delivery before 8. Then sometime early this morning before 1:00 a.m., they updated it again! Supposedly, my packages should be delivered today. I am not holding my breath. I just can't trust FedEx anymore ... read more
