FedEx shipping is a JOKE and their customer service department needs to be properly trained in handling customer issues! I have a situation where I had two separate packages sent to me that were picked up by FedEx at the exact same time from the business that was sending them. Both packages were supposed to be here yesterday. Every time any of my packages go through this location it’s an instant +7 days to the estimated delivery date. It’s been this way for years now so I’m just wondering when there gonna do something about it. I’m to the point of driving there, proving my identity, and taking the damn the package myself!!
Very rude! Hard to even talk to someone! Never get my stuff the day I am supposed to! They lie! Very unreliable!!!!!
