If I could give them zero stars, I would horrible service. I was supposed to get my package on Friday and then they changed the delivery date to Saturday and it has not made any movement since Friday it’s been in the same spot. Don’t update on when my package is gonna be delivered. It’s still in Grove city FedEx horrible horrible service and then when you call their customer service number, they can’t help you and keep telling me to contact the merchant
FedEx shipping is a JOKE and their customer service department needs to be properly trained in handling customer issues! I have a situation where I had two separate packages sent to me that were picked up by FedEx at the exact same time from the business that was sending them. Both packages were supposed to be here yesterday. One package made it just fine but the second one was not with it and when I called customer service they fed me some ridiculous line about this package still being at the Perrysburg facility in a traile... read more
