I paid for 2 day shipping on an expensive item and it required a signature. They delivered it to a completey different address and let someone sign for it who clearly wasn't me. That realized they messed up and went to pick it back up, but they never updated the tracking number so I can't find it. Now I'm chasing it around without knowing where it is

If these guys goal was to deliver your package to the wrong house they're doing absolutely great. I would say that their delivery people are special needs but that would be an insult to special needs people. How are you guys still in business? Any other job, if a third of the time you did the job wrong you would be fired, I wish I could give negative Stars. I cannot appreciate the driver today enough for actually delivering my Walmart package exactly according to my instructions of where to put it! I've been bedridden for 8 weeks and it was such a blessing to just open the door and pull the package in! Thank you again so much for your prompt courtesy...
