Driver showed up, didn't walk upstairs to the correct apartment, didn't drop off package in the mailbox, and drove off. Listed the address as incorrect. When I spoke with FEDEX representatives, they confirmed that my address was correct. Lazy drivers.
We are leaving Fed Ex specifically because of this location and the houston location. They hold our packages for 2 and 3 days before sending them to the Houston location. Causing our packages to consistently arrive later than estimated by fed ex. Fed ex customer service is also a foreign nightmare, but that's another review to post somewhere else. I don't know what happened. We switched to Fed Ex because they were so much better. We will be switching back.
Since 2009 I have had FedEx deliver packages to my front door BUT now they get left out on the street. I have on my account packages should be delivered to front door/porch but this driver doesn't care. TODAY I stayed home to recieve a package that's needed signature. I get a text they couldn't deliver because no one home. I am home and like 10 ft from front door, never heard a knock or ring. If I could give a zero review I would. I ordered some items and i wrote clearly exactly where the package should be delivered. It should have been delivered to the Leasing Office; not the maintenance shop. It should have been delivered to the person in the office not left on a door step, susceptible to theftI. I can’t understand why the delivery would leave the package in a place opposite of where it was listed on the label. The utter incompetence is baffling.
