Fedex here in Beaumont has disappointed everytime a package comes. Everytime I have to call customer care, everytime they have no idea, and everytime the package is late. My suggestion : Fedex is a big company, should find a "BIG" lock, and shut their business here in Beaumont atleast, because everytime when I get a notification that something is being sent through fedex, it gives me headache now. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and worst service.
I don't know why sellers keep trusting FedEx for priority shipping. They never deliver on time.
The suck. Paris was 6 hrs late on a priority package and live animal.
I paid for 2 day shipping on an expensive item and it required a signature. They delivered it to a completey different address and let someone sign for it who clearly wasn't me. That realized they messed up and went to pick it back up, but they never updated the tracking number so I can't find it. Now I'm chasing it around without knowing where it is
If these guys goal was to deliver your package to the wrong house they're doing absolutely great. I would say that their delivery people are special needs but that would be an insult to special needs people. How are you guys still in business? Any other job, if a third of the time you did the job wrong you would be fired, I wish I could give negative Stars.
