They’ve been holding on to my package for days without reaching out or updating me. Customer service doesn’t give me helpful updates on what’s going on. I just want my package I paid for!
FedEx Driver – License 612202 | Safeway Parking Lot | 1:24 PM This FedEx driver was speeding through a busy Safeway parking lot with complete disregard for pedestrian safety. Parking lots are shared spaces full of shoppers, children, and elderly customers — not a place to be rushing through. This driver showed no caution whatsoever and posed a serious risk to everyone around them. FedEx needs to hold their drivers accountable for safe driving in pedestrian areas, not just on the road.
These guys are super nice. Has a package 📦 that needed a signature. They were at the warehouse until 5pm. They were nice to find my package and I signed for it and got my package 📦 🤗 Just ring the intercom system someone will answer. 🦺💝💯
