Pay extra for 2 day shipping and package never arrives. Just says out for delivery always. Impossible to get ahold of a real person. At least have some type of reason in the app. I waited at home from 10:45am till 10:11pm to not miss the package. Still says out for delivery.
They set delivery dates and times but yet consistently reschedule for days on end! We pay for our Stuff then fedex holds it hostage until their driver decides they want to deliver it. You can’t talk to anyone because the automated system won’t let you through FedEx has gone to shit. Wish my packages could come another way but the company it’s coming from chooses to use them Editing to add or they deliver after people have gone to bed thankfully our dogs alert so our stuff isn’t outside for someone to steal.
This is the second time in the last few months a package has been delivered to the wrong address. This time, Fed Ex says they can’t help and need to hear from the shipper. Work harder to deliver packages to the correct address please, I’m out $240 dollars now. Will not order from companies that use Fed Ex again.
Ordered 11/19/24, was supposed to be delivered 11/26/24 - they said there was no suite #. I called and confirmed the suite #, they called again the next day saying they couldn't deliver because they didn't have the suite #, even though there was record of me calling and giving them the suite #. I called the next day and they said they would deliver it that day to a FedEx receiving center (Walgreens). Days later, it's still not there as of 12/3/24. My package has been out for delivery and then marked delayed for the past 12 days. I live right next to the highway. Completely unacceptable service.
