Not rating this facility specifically, but one of the drivers in Bend, OR tried to "fake out" run into my vehicle yesterday. He was delivering a package traveling West on NE Wells Acre Rd, which is wide enough for 4 cars side by side. He turned on his hazards and began to pull off to the side, so I went to drive around him going 10mph (slowly passing him). If there were zero stars, my review would be more accurate. Never mind that I needed something shipped overnight. Lotsa luck! Day 4…. Still waiting for my package!! They need to rename it “You’ll get it when you get it , or maybe you won’t, we don’t know or care!” Good luck trying to get a human on the phone.. Worst joke of a company there ever was.

Terrible! I get expensive meds delivered that have to be kept cold. They have failed to deliver the last two shipments to my home after two years of no problems: 1-too much snow (1 inch) & 2- afraid of my dog who is in her fenced yard and can’t get out. Their computer reroute system ‘did not take’ so it took 4 days to get my overnited order.

The driver only delivers to the house # google maps show. They can't compare address label with posted house numbers!!!! Google map sucks so therefore I never get my packages delivered to my home

I wish Fedex wasn't the absolute worst. I die a little every time I see its them delivering. You know they gonna try and deliver when you're at work, during the week, when you can’t sign for it; then take it back to their bunker of a facility where you're unable to pick up from. Then you got to give yourself a massive headache calling their automated phone service only to maybe talk to someone who maybe knows whats up without the AI hanging up on you.
