I figured it's time to post a review, this isn't the first time fedex has messed up delivering a package to my address. They have very few drivers that care, they'll drop the package to wherever they decide to. I've had to get the packages redelivered b/c most of these these drivers don't care. Customer support has told me multiple times it's not there problem. So, not sure how it's not the shipping companies problem. Was supposed to have a package delivered from here today. The driver had it with him and drove past my office twice. Did not stop to deliver it. This was for an overnighted package. It was critical equipment needed to get systems back up and running. 0 stars.

We have waited 48 hours to receive a package. The CSRs we spoke to were very rude and unwilling to help us. The driver said that he strived to make contact with myself, which is didn’t. I was home all day Saturday and Sunday when they sent an email stating they are sorry they missed us. I have never had such a horrible experience with FedEx before. follow the instructions in the photo,make sure you have the package hold at this location. It is pretty smooth to pick it up.
