If customer service tells you to come pick up a package at this location just know it will not be there. There is absolutely no internal communication with this company. Horrible service
Literally the worst location. I literally have my driver sitting at locations for over 20 minutes at a time. I need my package before 3 o'clock. Says it will be delivered between 10:55 and 2:55. Why are these drivers incredibly lazy? At the work, this would be work avoidance and I would FIRED. FedEx needs to step in and overhaul this place.
Please help... help....help....help....deliver my package. I paid extra for the fastest delivery, but now delayed for a week.
