The absolute worst. Every bad experience I have ever had with a shipping company has been with FedEx. The company I order my item from uses them. So I have no choice. My item was purchased and shipped same day. It is taking 3 times as long to receive what I bought because of FedEx. Absolutely the worst shipping company.
Not really a review of the company per se, but just wanted to send a huge thank you and shoutout to FedEx driver Jeremy. I was in a car accident where I was hit from behind while sitting at a complete stop. Jeremy was on the opposite side of the road and stopped the FedEx truck to come check on all 3 vehicles involved in the accident. He stayed with me on the scene to offer comfort as I was the car in the middle of the crash and was freaking out a bit. I had a big problem with the delivery driver who don’t want to follow the delivery instructions, finally FedEx ground help me to track my package and hold it for me to pick up. Happy story at the end
