Driver lied and said no one was home for my delivery. My security cameras and my neighbors dont show anyone around. Package didnt need a signature plus someone was home waiting all day. Driver was just lazy and marked it as undeliverable just to avoid the work. Went to mesquite location to try and get my package and noone would answer the number for service. So frustrating!! And this is who we intrust to deliver medications and other life altering items and they just choose to not show uo.
Once again FedEx the garbage company that they are can't ship packages. Not the first time sure what FedEx it won't be the last time all their Dei hires can't do anything. I wish I could do that just not do my job and still show up and get paid. All their call centers are overseas can't get anybody speaks English they hide any phone number so you can't call anybody in America or any facility to find out where your package is at. They spend more time and more money to have the worst customer service possible. I never shipping... read more
UPDATE: I did receive a follow up from the local office in Mequite and they corrected the issue with our address. Service is now on time and consistent. A child on a tricycle riding past a fleet of ice cream trucks is a more reliable delivery service than FedEx at Mesquite station. 3 days past delivery date and no package, no notification, no one can find 2 boxes of chairsbut system states it's in Mesquite. FEDEX corporate handle your business!!
Thursday 08/13 I spent 9 hours on the phone with sooooo many reps because I ordered a camera to accompany my family and I on a trip to Disney World this weekend. 9 hours. Still didn’t get it. See, my camera was to deliver via Standard Overnight, but I wasn’t informed that it required a signature. I’m thinking no biggie. I’ll just have them re-deliver.
