Drivers won’t even attempt to deliver your package. If you just want to drive, try Uber. Gregory, Luis, and Katelin all failed deliveries three times in a row and couldn’t even send a picture of the correct building or door. I guess I’ll arrange to pick it up myself from the warehouse.

I wish there was a way to know which company was going to deliver before ordering something. Its always such a let down when it says FedEx. Literally every package I get via FedEx has issues. Lost, damaged, late, undeliverable. I don't get it. The most recent one couldn't be delivered, so I had to drive down from the mountains to the city to go pick it up. Worst service ever. I have had 2 packages from different companies come through the Broomfield sorting facility. They both said they attempted the delivery but never even came by my street. Then both packages are saying that I requested to get them delivered at a later date next week. This is so unprofessional. And then when you try and call you get a 800 number that isn’t even in this state…opens a case number and can’t even figure anything out. Pathetic.
