This is the worst run business I’ve ever seen. 3 days in a row my package showed “delivery not attempted” at 10 am. How can you give up on a day at 10 am? So everyday it gets loaded and unloaded, then the fourth day they just stopped providing updates. The fifth day was today, 12/12/2025. Don't use fedex they are a pathetic excuse for a shipping company customer service is a joke, and delivery dates are not accurate. I had a package that was put for delivery for 2 days straight just to find out it was lost. 1 star is not a low enough rating
FedEx is a joke of a company. Every single delivery is always late. I can’t even request to hold my packages at a store because their website is garbage. They constantly say they’re out for delivery then wait till ten minutes before the scheduled window to update that they’re too lazy to deliver it. Every single time
FedEx is absolutely the worst delivery service on the face of the earth. Took a day off work and waited ALL DAY for a package that requires a signature just to be notified that it would not be delivered until the next day at 7:44 PM!!!
They delivered my package to the wrong address and wouldn't let me file a claim - "Only the shipper can file a claim"
