Tired of this bullshit. Delay after delay, my package sits in Portage for no reason. My mother’s package has been there for 11 days, no update no anything. Bullshit.

Packages get delayed that are already late. Customer service is horrible. They basically tell you to just stfu and wait! Got tracking but its useless 93% of time. I watched my package spend a whole 26 hour in memphis tn. They took back my window and said oh well, you can schedule a pick up..YALL WERE SUPPOSE TO DELIVER IT 3 DAYS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes im pissed! I never have problems with USPS!!! NEVERRRRR!!!!!!

Package was 5 days late even after calling and giving specific instructions where my driveway was located. GPS takes you directly to the house. I drove for fedex and know how their operation works yet when contacting them they continued lying to me multiple times on when the package was supposed to be delivered. Ended up having to drive to the warehouse to pick it up myself. I received my package with 3 google images of my house plastered on it. Dear fedex, pay your contractors better so they can pay their drivers better.
