If I could give 0 stars I would. If a package is sitting at your facility for days past the expected delivery date, how is that acceptable? The tracking information is basically useless when there’s no movement and no accountability. I’ve completely lost confidence in FedEx. If I see that a company ships through FedEx, I already expect delays and problems and now I won’t buy if it ships to this specific FedEx hub. Really disappointing service. Very disappointing service. The driver went to the back entrance instead of the main entrance, even though there is a clear sign directing all deliveries to the front of the building. I was home the entire time waiting for the package, but the driver never rang the doorbell or attempted to contact me. Instead, they left a blank door tag with no useful information. This could have easily been a successful delivery if the driver had followed the posted instructions and made a reasonable effort to notify me
