Trash company poor customer service and lazy delivery drivers riding around with headphones on nasty work.
Driver stole my package and marked it as delivered. I have cameras and can prove it but no one will help me and just closed my claim.
Most incompetent company, after giving a run around to try and find which place they sent your undelivered package! Then they can’t find it in the warehouse it should be in. It is very sad that companies like this exist and keep being used by people. I was lucky to come just before 11 as after that no one would speak to you and no one ever tells that that these are the times they operate.
Kiera Whitfield works at this location, she was caught on camera with her Amazon badge and Fed-Ex badge showing after hours and slashed my tire. Charges have been filed!
Edit FedEx driver arrested after stolen Walmart shipments announced on WAFB news. Guess corporate only cares when it’s a huge shipping client, not the numerous individuals getting stolen from all the time. Nice job caring about your customers This facility “looses” damages product all the time. I’ve have 3 shipments disappear at this facility. People who work there have given attitude in the past as well. This DC needs MAJOR overhaul and an audit by corporate with theft investigation
