Wish I could give negative stars. My $900 package obviously got stolen/lost. Tracking says… “ Your driver Lametris is on the way.” “Out for delivery” For over three weeks now! They refuse to take fault for it. I opened a support ticket they closed it. I filed a claim, they denied it. Taking the next steps now in the legal process but just warning everyone DO NOT USE FEDEX if you can help it.

Was notified my package would be delivered by 8 pm today(Friday). Wait all day because it requires a signature. So after 8 blows by, I check the tracking again and now it says Monday. What makes it worse is that the driver checked it back in to the warehouse at 7:52. That means he made it back BEFORE the deliver by time rather than make the delivery on time. That is just pathetic! For what FedEx pays, they should at least work till the 8pm time rather than they get off at 8. Total waste of my day and now I gotta do it all ov... read more

I had given my express over night puck up to the fed ex guy and he scan the package . I immediately track on my fedex app to make sure it showing scan n picked up . It was showing on that time but when i was tracking a same package , it was showing label has created but not been picked up. I asked that same picked up guy after few days he cane back and said he dropped it at baton rouge siege lane location . My package which has an original documents are missing . Filed a claim for investigation but nothing has been resolved ... read more
