Kendrick Green Sr. from FEDEX EXPRESS (NOT GROUND) has gone far above and beyond what his job requires. We ran into a serious issue where a FedEx drop box near our facility hadn't been serviced by the contracted ground driver for our route, leaving a time-sensitive medical specimen stuck inside for days. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a FedEx driver who refused to deliver my package and behaved in an unprofessional manner. The driver refused to deliver my package despite there being no legitimate reason not to do so. I have an inside dog that is secured in my home and does not pose any threat to anyone making a delivery.
