I was there to pick up my husband who works there. I will say the employees are friendly. Of course they were getting off work.
Delivered my $700 couch to the wrong address. I am not able to get it currently and they will not come fix what they did wrong. If it gets stolen, I will pursue legal action.
They always, and I mean always, deliver my package to the wrong address! When I order something from now on, I am going to request they use a different delivery company!
Drivers do not follow delivery instructions. They leave the packages out in the open for anybody to see and steal. If they followed directions it would be more out of sight. Filed many complaints and nothing
