People talk about the quality of customer service at FedEx and how most times you get people who sound and look like they’re bothered by having to help you find a package that a driver brought back to the station. I, however, was lucky enough to have witnessed a captain in the army drop his head with sadness as he noticed the door to the pick up window was locked. Fedex is total garbage! you are better off with usps for sure. Don't expect their tracking to be accurate. Their 800 number is very difficult to get a real person. They promise 2 day shipping but you're lucky if that actually happens. Fedex is terrible.

Delivery driver put a package on hold stating that area around BCC high school is danger area to deliver. So we can’t get the delivery now. To switch to UPS?
