Unhelpful staff and no way to drop off a package! Had to drive across town.
Impossible to deal with. No customer service. Running over lawns
No one is even at the front to give packages. I called corporate and even they couldn't get ahold of anyone. I asked the security guy to get someone, he shrugged his shoulders, turned his back to me, and went back on his phone. Second lost package. FedEx is complete garbage.
Had to pick up a package that a dumb driver wouldn't leave with my neighbors. Drove 45 miles to Trenton to retrieve the package. The person was nice and even put it in my car. Wish my local driver was that nice
