How do you guys lose my package twice?! I bet someone is stealing them in this location.
I was supposed to receive a package July 2 that I ordered on June 30 this year. July 2 I received the email stating it would be delayed to the third. On the third, FedEx pulled up in front of my house messed around in the back of the truck and then left. July 4 was closed was told guaranteed July 5 delivery by 3 PM on July 5. Once again, no delivery. Next, it said that it would be delivered on the sixth. Once again, no package. Unhelpful staff and no way to drop off a package! Had to drive across town.
Impossible to deal with. No customer service. Running over lawns
