Extremely lazy drivers, for whatever reason my Amazon package was sent signature required. Time frame of 12:05-2:05. 2:05 rolls around nothing 3:05 nothing. Finally at 3:30 this person who apparently doesn’t like doing their job shows up and doesn’t ring my already has the tag made that says that I’m not home and delivery failed and that I’ll try again tomorrow. Gave me a signature required time slot the day before and as soon as it went out for delivery. Driver never came to my place after I took off work to wait for it. Absolutely awful customer service, you can’t talk to a human if you tried. The driver had his map turned off all day too so I couldn’t even track his location. Hey Carlos! Thanks for costing me an entire day of work 👋

Updating review since service has been reliable since a bad delivery that was an isolated incident. The bad delivery involved a driver that actually took a proof of delivery photo of the package in the ditch and said it was delivered at my doorstep 100s of yards away, lol. Overall the service is ok, estimates are garbage but the package does arrive, usually in the correct place.

Uneducated drivers who don’t know how to read address labels. Example: 1234 Street Apt 456 City, State. Their driver dropped off at an apartment complex at the first apt 456 they found. ALL THE BUILDINGS HAVE AN Apt 456 Driver never looked for the right building! Sorry, but understanding how to read an address should be a requirement for delivery drivers. Calling FedEx was useless. I would never recommend this company for any shipping need.
