If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat!!!! This place constantly lies their customer service 800 number their agents lie as well. But this local delivery hub in hurricane, Utah has been known to lie before and has lied again to us. We are a company who were waiting on a machine in order to operate today and I got here at my business at 5:00 a.m. and other workers were here at 7:00 a.m. and the driver tried saying that they tried to deliver the packages / machines that we were waiting for when they did not, obvious... read more
this is the third time the driver takes my package to another address and send me a picture of delivered that is not even my house. I open the claim that they close it because stupid driver marked it as delivered. I wonder if driver takes packages that comes from expensive places and drop it at his own house. I actually now starting to think that.
Driver wanted to force me into signing stuff for my neighbor. He gave me a shitty face and called me names when I refused. You got insane people working there.
