Hurricane UT FedEx might be the most poorly run, dysfunctional, and incapable company I’ve had the misfortune of using. Expect numerous failed/refused deliveries or even reroutes to St. George so the DC in Hurricane doesn’t have to deliver your packages. Want to report your issue? Good luck with their never ending phone-tree to a call center in India. Save yourself the headache and use UPS or USPS - both of which deliver to the area on time and without issue.

Truly awful at delivery to my house, most every time they are late, missing products/boxes or some other problem. They literally dispatched a driver 3 times driving over 300 miles in total to deliver a $100 item. Spent more in gas than the item was worth. 2 consecutive orders in the last week have been screwed up, what a joke. I guess I will file a formal complaint with FEDEx corporate.

Wow, we lost a suitcase disembarking a cruise ship in Seattle. Three weeks later, we finally got it back and FedEx employee in Hurricane, Utah was the final stop to finding it. Thank you, Ashley! We are very grateful,!
