Threw my box at the garage driveway in full view of camera plus left it on the sunny side. If the throw didn’t ruin it the sun made sure to melt it. Plus my shaded front door was a few steps right around the corner. Posted on Facebook to ask for help and the driver ended up laughing at my post. Unapologetic and just classless.

Pray Joshua is not your driver as he isn't reliable and lies about why he didn't deliver. This is the second time in a month I've had packages sit on a truck for 3 days and finally get delivered on the third day. The first incident he lied and said delivery attempted but no one was home. Since I work from home an have Ring cameras I know that was a lie. The second "attempt" he stated security restrictions which again is a lie as there are no restrictions whatsoever. They don't even deserve one star honestly. This is the second time my food delivery has been "lost" because apparently the workers can't read that Hurricane is not Saint George. I live in StG. When I try to call and fix this issue after seeing it's out for delivery in Hurricane, there is absolutely no way to speak to a human. You guys know you're terrible. I'm still going to tell you you're terrible. I will never in the rest of the 50+ years I have on this planet use FedEx by choice and I will complain to any company I order... read more

Worst customer service and driver. Been trying to get my package for nearly a week. Driver barely knocked and left when I was home. Customer service makes “notes” in the file that are never followed or followed through on. Still don’t have my package.
