Apparently FedEx is yet another company that has gone to the 'customer disservice' model. You cannot call this location directly. The phone number provided goes to an automated answering service and it is highly unlikely that you will be able to speak to a human. If you have questions that deviate from the very few answers that the automated service can provide you probably are not going to do any better at any FedEx location as their training is apparently minimal at best.

Driver didn't bring my package to my door, claimed i was not home when I was in my living room. Put a tag on my door return to his truck and i watch him drive away. Had to request them to send it again then it ended up in a another city over an hour away. Said I had to go get it because it was being held for 5 days at that location. If I didn't go get it the are returning to sender

FedEx is the WORST shipping company to deal with. We go through FedEx drivers like diapers for a newborn. They are lazy and make claims of attempting deliveries but they LIE! We have received three attempted deliveries while we were sitting at home waiting for the delivery... No one attempted...no attempted delivery cards ever left. If this was the first time I could excuse for lack of knowledge of our town but ALL GPS apps can find us.
