Truly awful at delivery to my house, most every time they are late, missing products/boxes or some other problem. They literally dispatched a driver 3 times driving over 300 miles in total to deliver a $100 item. Spent more in gas than the item was worth. 2 consecutive orders in the last week have been screwed up, what a joke. I guess I will file a formal complaint with FEDEx corporate.

Amber was very helpful! A delivery address for a package I ordered was being sent to my previous address (but without an apartment number). Amber noticed that the package was undeliverable to the address, BUT ALSO that it was an address I no longer lived at. She called me to get it corrected.
