Commercial location. I've been there 13 years. Every other delivery company has no problem, fedex can't seem to get it right. Impossible to get ahold of anyone local. It often takes a week+ to get a package. How can a company be so bad at their job and stay in business? Day after day of "future delivery requested" notices not because anyone requested this, but because the driver can't do their job right. Idk why I even take time to leave this review because they won't read it, care, or improve.
I would leave a -100 stars review if I could. I live an hour and 45 minutes away from their location. This FedEx Home delivery location does not make a deliver on Fridays or Saturdays. They give some BS excuse like security restrictions, business closed or customer not available every time a deliver is scheduled for Friday or Saturday. Apparently FedEx is yet another company that has gone to the 'customer disservice' model. You cannot call this location directly. The phone number provided goes to an automated answering service and it is highly unlikely that you will be able to speak to a human. If you have questions that deviate from the very few answers that the automated service can provide you probably are not going to do any better at any FedEx location as their training is apparently minimal at best.
