My GPS took me all over Roseville until I finally found this place. It's not open to the public so I had to press a button outside the fence that surrounds the huge building and wait for someone to come out and talk to me. He told me to wait in my car and a short time later someone came out with my package which was only a single tube of lipstick from Walmart.
