We live in a gated community but the delivery driver keeps dumping our packages outside the facility in a parking lot for fisherman. UPS and USPS have no problem delivering to my house but FedEx likes to leave packages about 1/4 mile from our houses. Attempted to call for hours and was disconnected by the AI multiple times. When I finally got a hold of a person, they apologized and said the shipper has to make the claims then disconnected the call.

I'm forced to put one undeserved star. When I had ordered my products I entered my address information correctly. For some reason FedEx did not want to proceed with delivery as they claimed my address was incorrect but there was no verification option. After finding a number and calling twice to confirm my address, they went along with delivery. I live in an apartment complex; a notification stated it was left at my door, it was not. FedEx's delivery of the package was horrible. Tracking information was wrong, and the package wasn't delivered even after I spoke with FedEx about the non-delivery. After the package was delivered (at least five days late), the tracking feature showed that it was still out for delivery! I gave the service three stars for one reason: Rhonda, the dispatcher, who located the package a couple of times and tried to straighten out the problem. These guys dont even try.... good luck getting your packages at all from these people.. this picture is pretty typiccal, just block the stairs to an entire apartment building and set down parcels that state fragile on them in the snow.. dont even bother to take them to the door, you might actually have to actually get some excersise wouldnt wany that.. basicaly fedex found the people from the movie Idiocracy to deliver up here.. use UPS way better service

DO NOT USE THEM TO HAVE ANYTHING SHIPPED. PACKAGE NEVER GETS HERE. FIRST DAY THEY SAID WE EXTENEDED DELIVERY WHICH WE DID NOT. SECOND DAY THEY COULD NOT FIND HOUSE NUMBER WHICH IS RIGHT ON THE HOUSE AND UPS FINDS EASILY. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. GET PHILLIPINES. ALL THEY CAN DO IS WHAT I CAN DO ON THE INTERNET.....SEE THE UPDATES. THEY WONT CALL THE BISHOOP DEPOT. I CAN CALL UPS DEPOT IN BISHOP AND EVEN CALL THE DRIVERS. TOTALLY WORTHLESS SERVICE.
