There is no proper way to report their drivers other than calling it into Non-emergency. This is the second one this week that shouldn’t be behind the wheel. Guy was driving with his hands off the wheel, goading other customers, and there’s literally no way to report this. Seems to be pretty common at location on Briley Parkway as this is a once a week occurrence to witness, if not being involved in. Yet another horrible FedEx facility..my package arrived there yesterday morning and hasn't moved.
Worst delivery service! First package was delivered to the wrong address 2 times. I eventually had to drive to the shipper and pick up in person. Had two more packages shipped from a supplier at the same time. The first one was out for delivery but returned to the warehouse 4 times before it was actually delivered. The other package has been at the local warehouse for 8 days and out for delivery every day only to be returned without an attempt to deliver. Now they’re telling me I have to wait until Monday.
