The workers who load the trailers are disrespectful and rude. They take a long time to do their work. Night shift.
I had a package that was scanned out for delivery every day and then delayed every evening. 2 straight weeks! It finally too one customer service rep to call and speak to management while following up with me. This was cleared a week ago. Today marks the 2nd straight day for an out for delivery and back on delayed until next day. What is going on? I am regretting any company using FedEx on my orders.
The yard jockeys at this facility need to slowdown. I’ve got a new driver on my truck and with them speeding by while they’re trying to back up is just an accident waiting to happen. Absolutely no courtesy of being an actual truck driver.. like come on you guys get paid by the hour not by the mile.
I have had a terrible experience with FedEx. My package delivery date kept getting pushed back. Today it says my package has been delivered. No one rang my doorbell and the package has not been delivered at the front door or garage.
