I have video footage of my package being marked as delivered at the same time of the driver not even parking or getting out the truck. They got close to my home and then pulled off. All Ellenwood locations need to be shut down. These people do not want a job.

I wish I could leave zero stars! I see my package is taking Fed-Ex’s Peach State Tour. It’s bouncing around Georgia! My package arrived and departed the Fed-Ex facilities in Ellenwood twice! Don’t you know that Wisconsin is up north?! Does Fed-Ex look for the most incompetent people they can find? I suppose the more incompetent you are, the better your chances are of becoming a branch manager. I see this trend in the company; it’s been going for quite a while, now.

Every time a package goes through this distribution center, I get an expected shipment arrival date. Soon after, I get a notification saying my item(s) will be here sooner than expected! Yet every day after that I click the tracking and it’ll say sorry your item is delayed. And sure enough, the package never arrives until the initial expected date.
