The on-site team was awesome. After trying to talk with the 1-800 people, and having the customer service people tell me to contact the shipper, I was frustrated so I drove to the building. My package had been delivered to a neighbor’s house, and he returned it to the facility. The employees were friendly and went above and beyond to find my package.
Dusty is the best! He went above and beyond to make sure we got our package despite an incorrect address due in part to my error and the fact that our old address had been changed by the town. He called me, and after we figured out why the address no longer existed he hand labeled the package and we had the package the very next day!
FedX did a top notch service in my situation. Awesome job, very professional!
