By far the worst delivery company I have ever seen. Specifically the Chesterfield depot. I had a 2 day package that is over 14 days late. I would give negative stars if I could. Further, their leadership is so poor they won’t even call you back or communicate in any way with the customers whose lives they are affecting. Shame on you chesterfield fedex. I bet they don’t even read these and if they do they don’t care enough to even reach out and have a conversation. FEDEX YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED.

Absolutely worthless shipping company and customer service. My package arrived to the Chester location, and then the tracking was suddenly updated to show that the expected delivery date was delayed by 3 days with no explanation - the customer service agent literally just kept repeating what was directly listed in the tracking history. When it was eventually placed on a vehicle for delivery (at ~8am during that day), it never actually arrived. Still waiting. Not the first negative experience I've had. My package was to have been delivered a week ago. It has been stuck at the South Chesterfield service hub. Yet customer service has told me it is on the truck to be delivered everyday for over a week. The company refuses to do anything other tell me to patiently wait for them to deliver it. FedEx you need to do better.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I had a package swapped out for something by one of their employees that I ordered and they delivered something else instead. Plus the package was not supposed to be delivered without a signature, but the driver signed my first initial and last night name when I wasn't even home to receive the package, and they aren't going to do anything about it

Been waiting on a furniture delivery from this location. I was given a delivery time window on the 19th, so I took off of work to make sure it didn't sit outside. Never showed up. Now it's Christmas Eve, and it is still sitting at their location. They won't let me pick it up, and told me they had no idea when it would be delivered. Way to ruin Christmas!
