Worst delivery service ever. Attempted a delivery and never received a door tag. Didn’t even give me time to come to the door to sign.
My packages have just been coming up as delayed or lost in transit 4 times now so something has to be going on at this location with as many missing packages .recently my all packages switched to this location for my future deliveries and ever since then my packages are just gone or delayed till you call and then they just confirm the package must have been lost i will be starting a investigation into this and will be finding out where my packages have been disappearing to!
I would leave zero stars but I can't. I've been waiting for my oaisincw 5/23/25. First they lied and said I asked for it to be held then every day thereafter it was on the truck for delivery then delayed til the next day. When u finally was able use a hack I googled and got a real live person it was Gaby in Central America. No help whatsoever. I would leave no stars if I could. The delivery jerk left a pile of boxes like he threw them out of the truck in my front yard at 10pm in the rain! Every box is damaged beyond normal handling. USPS, Amazon and UPS have never left delivery like this. Damaged my new equipment. I'm about to file a restraining order on FedEx to not come near my property! Totally disrespectful!
If they are not running into your property, driving through your lawn or damaging trees, they are threatening to throw your future shipments in the ditch when asked not to do so. The worst. Their operator, T&She Togo have disconnected phone numbers on their truck, speed through the neighborhood on the wrong side of the street feel they can do whatever they want with impunity.
