I watched the driver drive right past me, its hard to find my unit, but not that hard, then the del time was updated to 'end of day', I was late to work so I could be home to sign, now I have to drive somewhere to get my pkg. Help line was indian, fedex used to be a reliable shipper

I can understand why a very large company might choose not to use FedEx Ground for their shipping. I’ve had two recent packages delayed, one of which was supposed to be delivered on a specific date. Unfortunately, it arrived two days late, causing me to miss an event where the item was needed. Now, I have another shipment that was meant to arrive yesterday, and I have no idea when it will actually get here. The woman on the phone is very hard to understand. They can’t even call the location for the distribution center and the driver checked 1 door of 4 at my delivery spot and since the first door was locked he left without delivery. Extremely frustrating. Horrible service.
