Great service, friendly face!
This location hires terrible drivers. I'm still waiting on my bed frame to be delivered after 4 days of "out for delivery", but the lazy driver won't attempt delivery so I can't just go pick it up myself with a tag. Calls to customer service go to some India based called center that's a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to ship with a company that's not awful.
Your delivery driver Dustin is horrible. Says he tried to delivery at 1:21pm today. I was at home waiting for my delivery and said he tried to at that time. Absolutely nobody came up to my door and tried to deliver a package. This is possibly the worst fedex with lying drivers who don’t even attempt to get your package to you. I expect much better especially when the package is already 2 days late and on track to be 5 days late. Do better. You are the most expensive way to ship anymore and your services do not reflect that. ... read more
