Fedex is stealing packages! No good! Package made it to bossier City then was sent back to mississippi because label was unable to read! That was 3weeks ago! Still no package it was shoes. Fedex do something about this.
Worst shipping experience we have ever had. Unbelievable miscommunication. Please FedEx, hire new people or something. Terrible terrible terrible, zero stars.
I didn't paid a little more to run up and down my street to look for my package, the house number clearly was different. They took a picture and carried it with them. The lady house where they put it had a door camera, hey my opinion is to sit outside and watch for delivery regardless how long it takes.or just call and tell whoever don't use FedEx
Where nice, innocent packages go to die. This should be called the Bossier Triangle, where packages disappear, where you cannot communicate. They should dispense with the nice white trucks and drive clown cars to make the occasional, when we feel like it deliveries. I called and filed a complaint with the main FedEx.
