I am really grateful for Ms Carla Russell she was phenomenal today and getting me my package. Mr. Andre Rose went above and beyond to ensure that I had what I needed absolutely phenomenal.

Fedex is stealing packages! No good! Package made it to bossier City then was sent back to mississippi because label was unable to read! That was 3weeks ago! Still no package it was shoes. Fedex do something about this.
Worst shipping experience we have ever had. Unbelievable miscommunication. Please FedEx, hire new people or something. Terrible terrible terrible, zero stars.
