Still waiting on my package for 3 days. Required a signature so I opted for it to be dropped at a FedEx pickup spot instead. Apparently that's too hard to do since they continued to try and deliver it. Customer service was useless.

My 2 boxes were supposed to be delivered Saturday from Columbia MO, but they were not. Reason given was that there was dangerous weather in my area. THAT'S BS; IT WAS MID-70'S AND SUNNY ALL DAY AND MOST OF THE WEEK! Said it would be delivered Monday; still waiting. Called customer service, filed a complaint, and was told a case manager would call me ASAP/within the hour. No boxes; no one has called. Avoid FedEx; they suck. Drivers fly down our narrow gravel road going 50 mph. Today a driver backed into my son’s parked car. My son is a minor and was home alone but was outside and witnessed the whole thing. The driver gave my son a piece of paper and told him to write his name and phone named and someone would call him. No calls yet. Can’t call the shipment center because number doesn’t work. I guess I will file a police report and go there in person. Kudos to my son for taking a picture of the license plate!!
