Drivers fly down our narrow gravel road going 50 mph. Today a driver backed into my son’s parked car. My son is a minor and was home alone but was outside and witnessed the whole thing. The driver gave my son a piece of paper and told him to write his name and phone named and someone would call him. No calls yet. Can’t call the shipment center because number doesn’t work. I guess I will file a police report and go there in person. Kudos to my son for taking a picture of the license plate!!

Drivers in this area do not care about anything. Had a driver throw a package about 10 feet with my doorbell camera clearly visible. Was supposed to have a package delivered today but the driver is definitely gone for the day. Saw him pull into my driveway while I was at work, so he could turn around but didn’t deliver my package. Unfortunately FedEx is my only option or I wouldn’t use them.

Took a day off work to receive a package that needed signature. Claimed "attempted" and said they'd try again tomorrow. Took another day off work to receive the same package. Sat next to my front door which has a sign reading "Please knock, doorbell broken." No knocking all day. Claimed "attempted." Terrible service, terrible FedEx station.
