Absolutely horrible service, been told my package would be delivered on Saturday. Then I was told it was scheduled for Monday and didn’t show up. Tuesday, it says out for delivery and “Willie” is on his way. I still haven’t gotten my package. How is this location still doing business.

Said it was delivered at my door! It wasn’t they left it at the bottom of my stairs to where anybody could have gotten it! Then had to wait for someone to help me bring it up the stairs because it was so heavy! Now that’s just lazy and you can’t get in touch with anyone.

After many deliveries to a wrong building, I wrote out VERY SPECIFIC instructions which resulted in 2-3 months of perfect service. Today I once again had to do the driver's job for him and chase down my package myself. This seems to be just pure laziness or perhaps bad attitude. I never have to do a UPS driver's job.

Same problem as everyone else here the app say "Robert" has tried to deliver my package for the last six days. He has left slips on doors of all different apartment buildings on my strip. I put in three tickets , sent a photo with the correct door, sent my phone number just saying please call me. Instead Robert wastes HIS time by putting slips on random doors that aren't mine saying I wasn't home. I have been home every day he has tried to deliver. He hasn't called. This location has delivered to my home multiple times. Recently the driver has delayed my delivery because “they cannot find my road” however they have come to my house several times. Personally I believe it’s because they are LAZY and just want to go home. Maybe this driver needs to be fired and find a new job.
