Seems I am just the latest example of someone who had a package go "out for delivery" early in the morning, only to sit on the truck all day with no attempt at delivery made, and then watch the map as the truck drives back to this office with my package that I paid two day delivery for. If you can avoid shipping with FedEx do so at all costs.

Unable to award any stars to FedEx Bryan. The last two deliveries have been to a random address out in the country where the driver placed the package by a cattle gate! Sent me the picture saying it was delivered while I was sitting in my office right by the front door. No help from company retrieving the package even though it was there error and now I am expected to seek refund/reorder from my shipper. Why can UPS, and even the USPS deliver to my home but not FedEx????

This office is asking for trouble. How dare you allow deliveries to just go anywhere. Without concern. An then offer zero customer support. Count your days fedex. You raggedy gentile.
