They don't seem to be able to deliver when they say they will
I ordered a floral arrangement for my wife’s birthday on 02/07. According to FedEx, the package was on the truck at 9:12 am on the 7th with delivery by 2 pm. They then changed the delivery time to 8 pm. Then they changed it to 02/10. By the time they deliver, the flowers will be dead! So much for their slogan; “The world on time”.
Great place to go... Staff are amazing!!!
Getting very annoyed at waiting for packages only for them to get delayed by hours after waiting in even when on the van for more than 5 hours already, or them being delayed for another day or more. They just don't have a clue or simply do not care about customers and fragile packages.
