This place is absolutely the worst and their customer service is garbage. My package has been “out for delivery” for 4 days with no intent to close communication when I asked for it to be escalated. I am so disappointed and also now do not have what I need after having ensured I ordered in plenty of time for the holidays. Tienen un pésimo servicio, los repartidores prefieren no batallar para encontrar el lugar de entrega y simplemente ponen que no se encontraba el cliente o el lugar está cerrado, luego hacen que tú vayas por el paquete, simplemente si planeas hacer envío con ellos o encargar algo donde ellos sean los que entregan el pedido, evita problemas, hay mejores lugares con mejor servicio!!
If I could give it a negative star I would. They have had my package for 2 days now. I cant pick it up, they won't let me. Its a part to fix my car and Ive been without my vehicle over a week. I cant pick up my kids and they don't care. Im not sure what to do, can the police get involved now?
Edit to add: I still have yet to receive my package. It’s been 8 days. It was out for delivery AGAIN today, watched the truck driver pass my street on their laughable driver map, and then later be told a new delivery date which isn’t for 2 more days. What a JOKE. This facility needs to go viral. They’re stealing packages, obviously, look at everyone else’s reviews. How are so many of us waiting on packages for days and days?
