3 orders later and I still don't have my items! The first order from Sam's was lost by FedEx, the replacement order was damaged to the point it had to be sent back to Sam's, and today my 3rd order of the same items as the other 2 orders.. first it was supposed to be here yesterday but you claimed the label was damaged and needed replaced AND then today you delivered it to the wrong address you dropped it off at an A#1 and I live in B#9, not even the same complex(and the label has B#9 on it!!) Super great people. Stopped by to drop off a decent sized box, made sure label was on it, etc. Hit the buzzer at the turnstile. Quick answer that she'd be right out. Came out, unlocked the gate, gave her the box and she said she'd handle it from there. All done in less than 4 minutes. Just make sure your stuff is boxed up and ready to go with label attached, etc.
Package disappeared when it was transferred to this location from Aurora. No help from customer service.
