This company is the worst package delivery company anywhere in the world. The incompetence is mind blowing!! No communication, not helpful, have no idea where packages are located, lie about delivery day and time of day. In summary, they just give don't give a shit!!!!!

I get shipments from this location stating that they have been delivered, a picture of the box label in my email showing that it was delivered, and yet no delivery occurred. What the hell guys?
EVERY SINGLE SHIPMENT w/ FedEx ground from Johnstown has been late or LOST. This is insane. & every time I’m told to contact the shipper. VERY DISAPPOINTED w/ FedEx.
