FedEx is a lazy, disguesting, rude cooporation paying employees to sit on their butts, drive past homes and never deliver packages. When I attempted to contact FedEx, not only was I hung up on, dismissed, lied too and told incorrect information while holding my package hostage. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service and such incompetence employees. I will never use FedEx nor will I never receive a package sent through FedEx.
I work from home and waited all day for my package only to look at the tracking ID to see that the driver attempted to deliver. No one rang my doorbell, knocked on the door or left a door tag. This was a no signature required package. they left a picture of the front of my house which my dog was outside but my dog was behind a fence 30 ft from the front door. These drivers need better trained
Shipped 7 boxes. 5 made it on the expected delivery date but as you can see damaged product. The 6th box made it the next day. It was damaged as well. The 7th box is still MIA and I have spoke with people at the facility where tracking says it is but… nothing yet! Thanks FedEx for nothing.
Missing my 2nd package that had the same shipment and everything. Company is telling me they sent both however as shown in my photo only 1 box was received. Now apparently nobody knows where my $509 dresser is now. Probably on the same truck w the guy who wasnt paying attention. And from the other reviews its looking like im in the same boat
Driver never attempted to knock or ring doorbell just put the sticker up and left (there were two people in the house at the time). On second attempt the delivery guy said on package that failure to process payment which doesn’t make since because the package had already shipped.
