Terrible driver. I waited for the package all day, and the courier tried to deliver it to the WRONG ADDRESS! Customer support was no help, and the only option is to wait another two days for the next attempt. I hope next time they learn to read and count.

Me: "Why did you just deliver these two packages to me? One has my apartment number on its label and the other has a different apartment number on its label. The delivery instructions in the FedEx Delivery Manager, which for some reason crosslinks all profiles at this address, indicate: Other: Apt# on label or Office if no Apt#" FedEx driver: "I don't look at that or the labels. I just look at the GPS."

My package was damaged. I could not call and speak to a person to get an explanation because the ONLY customer service number available takes you to an IVR and does not ever lead you to a human. I went to the fedex warehouse. There was a man who brought my package out. I looked it 9ver, confirmed it was damaged, and he took it back inside to return to sender.
