I've been waiting on a delivery since 4-9-26 today is 4-13-26 still no package no updates nothing. This happens every time with FedEx. This company is a joke. If I could choose a delivery service when ordering online I would pick UPS Everytime hands down. FedEx get better employees or train them better. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to scan and deliver packages or does it 🤔
My delivery driver wad a short black guy that was wearing all black clothes. I wish i would have asked his name but i didn't. FedEx needs to kiss this drivers ass to keep him especially when this location has a 2.2 out of 5 reviews on Google!!! He went above and beyond and carried all 4 of my heavy packages to my garage. Now that is really good customer service! I would hire this guy in a heartbeat!!!
Ordered my daughter a different size pair of pants from arepostle they use fed ex ground shipping it was a birthday present Ordered Jan 5 said they would be there Jan 9th their still in Belleville MI and its Jan 23rd they totally suck and I suggest checking who a store ships.through before ordering anything. Not to mention when I call all I get is a computer telling me it's out for delivery smh
Missed a delivery they didn’t leave note . Call and they tell me tomorrow they’ll make attempt to deliver they never did cant get no straight answer from them.
