I requested to take the wrong package delivered to my front porch away with the case number C-202221079. It's been there for days, and that package is still there. I made five calls, and talked to 7 different agents.
I had order my cats food from Walmarts and it was supposed to be delivered on 5/27/25 it said it was and when I got home from work it was no where to be found so I had to call Walmarts and get a refund and Walmarts was amazing for there. FedEx on the other had wasn’t. Amazon does better I have an in closed porch and you seen that instead you left it outside and someone stole it and it wasn’t a light package too it was 30lb bag of cat food so thanks fedex for your laziness cause at least amazon will put it inside my pouch for... read more
Why isn’t there an option for zero stars? They were supposedly delivering my package this weekend. Then it was delayed and I got a message today it would be “delivered when conditions improve.” What conditions? The sun is shining…… appears to be beautiful weather so WHAT conditions? It was supposed to be delievered today and never showed and now there is no update.There is no way to contact them directly either.
