This location has a habit of "losing" packages. The 800 number for customer service needs help desperately. Customer service should be problem solvers, not professional apologizers. FedEx, do better for the customers that keep you in business.
Fed Ex can’t ever get it right. We never receive anything that is shipped fed ex. They can’t read house numbers. I can’t believe they get away with such horrendous service. You can’t call anyone and no one ever responds with resolution at the 800 number. They should close the hub if the can’t perform their jobs!
The driver showed up to my apartment didn't even ring the door bell and slapped a sorry we missed you on my door. I was home the whole time! And the worst part is that you can't contact the driver or FedEx Ground!
