FedEx is terrible at what they do. I don’t know why any business would use them anymore for shipping. They are NEVER on time and will send you notifications ‘out for delivery’ 4-5 days straight just for the package to be returned to Wheeling every night. I’m returning everything I have ordered and hope this supplier uses another carrier that has their shit together.
My packages are late by about 3 days now. I had to call customer service to get an update, they told me I requested the delivery to be delayed which I never did! One of their drivers just lied and marked me down as not accepting the delivery. The driver never attempted to deliver the packages Customer service said they would fix it and give it to me today but now I keep getting emails saying the package will arrive later and later. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been trying to pick up my package for 4 days, and today is the FIFTH time I’ve come to this FedEx location. Every single visit, they invent a new excuse for why they “can’t” release my package. This is not customer service - this is negligence. I’ve wasted hours of my time and money because of their incompetence, and my package is still being held for no reason. FedEx needs to take responsibility, investigate this location, and fix this immediately.
Tells me my package will be delivered today but it’s actually here in this location and was not loaded into the delivery truck
