I would give zero stars if I could. The driver that services the Schaumburg area, Jorge, is constantly throwing our packages around. I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 last week and he threw it at our front door. A $500 console just lobbed like it was nothing. Not to mention the huge hazard sticker on the side saying it has a battery and is fragile? Today, he ironically delivered the protective case for my Switch and also tossed that package as well. This comonay and the customer service is horrible. I was trying to figure out when my package would get delivered again becasue I got so much conflicting information from so many people. They told me to call sender so I can pick up package and I did twice. Fedex kept saying that I still can't pick up package because of package restrictions.
