I am extremely disappointed with FedEx. For over a week I have been dealing with a delivery driver who is refusing to deliver my package and appears to be holding it. The driver has given multiple false excuses—claiming they could not find my location, and even saying my property does not accept packages without an apartment number, which is not true. You can’t get a real person on the phone to respond and the automated voice continues to hang up though I’m not satisfied with the “updates” they provide. Package is 2 days late and will not let me set up notifications to my phone because the delivery is to the school I work at. I just want my package!!!
Very disappointed with FedEx service. The driver marked my package with a DEX 8 code (customer not available or business closed) even though I was home and waiting. No attempt was made to deliver, no knock, no doorbell. This is misleading and unfair to customers who depend on timely deliveries. FedEx needs to hold drivers accountable for abusing DEX 8 codes instead of providing actual service.
