complete garbage, i’m here waiting on a package. claimed they attempted, im in the living room waiting, no package, and no fedex truck passing by. i call and they say it’s a high volume of packages, and some can’t be delivered. if my package was packed in the truck it can be delivered. and people wonder why i hate shopping online.

I had a package scheduled to be delivered yesterday, according to what the shipper told ne. I received notification today that "delivery was attempted but business was closed". This is the 2nd time fedex driver has said we are closed on a Saturday when we are open 10a-2am. I called Fedex Customer service, besides being hung up on 4 times, and the AI telling me that they cant help me besides telling me that my package is on the way...I finally got someone to answer (Joshua in the Philippines) who told me that he can't help me... read more

My FedEx delivery driver today was so outstanding! He was kind, friendly and went out of his way to carefully deliver a large number of packages to Hammond Elementary School. Earlier today I had an unpleasant experience with a delivery from another company, so his exceptional service really stood out to me.
