I waited at home all day today only to receive a text message saying missed delivery. Smh. No one even showed up or made an attempt. This is terrible. They said they'll make an attempt tommorow but its probably going to be the same.
Modupe really did a great job assisting me with an issue! Package arrived safe & I really appreciate her working to make that happen.
I was promised delivery every day for over a week, yet the package has never arrived. Each day the delivery date is pushed back without explanation. When I contacted customer service, I received conflicting information: some representatives said the package had already left the Beltsville facility, while others said it had not. THEFT AT THIS FEDEX LOCATION: I am in the process of trying to receive a TV that was purchased two separate times and sent through this location for delivery. Unfortunately, the TVs have likely been stolen because of the lack of supervision at this facility. There has yet to be accountability from FedEx to address the theft or lack of packages being delivered, especially from this facility. Their delivery driver claimed that a hotel front desk which accepts every package for every business in the building declined a package at 4:23 PM. I have a son that is a FedEx driver who states that that is policy when the driver can’t complete all of his deliveries on time to mark them as rejected This location does not like Service members and their families
