Fed Ex was supposed to to deliver our Hello Fresh on Saturday morning. They put it on a truck from this facility at 6 am on Saturday it was never delivered to Clwtr facility or our house on Saturday. The food arrived at 127pm on Sunday rotten. All the meat , cheese , milk products bad, ice melted. This is the third time they have ruined our hello fresh box!!!
Horrible company
That’s terrible service I call one week ago because problems with my address, I provide my correct address, my vendor call them provide mi address and they have hold my package , I call them several times and machine answer no opportunity for spoke with representative, and when they answer I don’t really understand or said yes wait for the package, tracking my package and is like exception because, I don’t really know what is de problem they have my information, I’m living at 10 minutes where they have it , I can’t speak wit... read more
No one knows where my package is and delivery was scheduled 8/8 from 11-2pm. Still waiting and no one knows anything.
