Fedex Ground is terrible. I have been waiting on my package for a week was supposed to be delivered a week ago.
Today at 1:58 PM a FedEx driver from this location threw our package at our doorstep already ripped open and the item inside already stolen By him. My brother had left his phone at Kings Dominion and we just had it shipped to our home in Washington DC. To be on the job and yet be so greedy for something that isn’t yours is honestly disgusting and downright sad. The delivery driver took a photo of his hand on something white. He never called me, never deliver to my home and never left a door tab. I was home all day. I am handicap and left specific delivery instructions. I placed one complaint at 811am today which was suppose to expedited to the 16001 queen court, upper marboloro md. and the faculity communcation with the driver has a was not sent to the driver. Absolutely unacceptable, the driver delivery package to the courthouse of Upper Marlboro. How do you confuse 4 street number with 5 street numbers on the address and the idiot who signed for it didn't pay attention either.
I went to pick up a package that I missed during the drop-off window. I rang the doorbell, and the gentleman that answered went over and beyond to make sure I received my package. A+ service.
