You have some of the worst drivers ever. One of your drivers was driving recklessly pass andrews AFB during rush hour traffic nearly hit me with my 3 year old kids in the car. You got drivers wear ski mask, basketball shorts' and essential hoodies driving like they have no sense out here. What's it going to take before you guys fix these bad habits. Driving down thr shoulder at a high rate of speed to avoid traffic.

I run a local business with the hours of 9am to 5pm my tracking stated that my delivery was out at 6am I stayed around after the shop closed waiting of the delivery driver never showed up and when I called about the package I was told the driver tried to deliver at 8:47pm worst service ever
FedEx delivered a Walmart order for me and it specifically said to leave at my front door and they left it at the end of my driveway on my lamp post next to the road! Just pure laziness in the drivers. I’m glad nobody stole it.
Why are you guys hiring people and telling us that the packages are being delivered in facts it’s not. This package is a time sensitive package and this is ridiculous. I ordered 22 Guardian Caps and only 2 out of the 22 was delivered. Why lie about the other 20 being delivered? In this video does it look like a box big enough to fit 22 items?
