For over a year now I have tracked my packages from Florida to Maine and they travel fast to the Durham ground hub, once here it is immediately labeled undeliverable, business closed, for a week, every time. This shows a total lack of corporate oversight of standards and fraud do to deliveries that arrive well after paid for delivery times.

This is the worst company ever. I have had 2 of my packages stolen by the driver. Whom has signed a bogus name on both of my packages No pictures of drop off . I have had to track down my packages the driver is just scanning the packages out for delivery and carrying it around for days. I have made  claims about the driver and nothing has been done. My package arrived at the FedEx facility on 10Sep25. This morning I got a text update saying my new delivery is scheduled for 12Sep25. Funny, how can they deliver a package on the 12th of September when it’s already the 14th of September??? I called the 800 number for FedEx and they had no answer why the shipment has been sitting at the Alston Avenue facility for 4 days without being sent out for delivery.
