The FedEx in Waterloo iowa is horrible! Ill never go back. They weren't helpful at all. The manager was terrible, obviously a woman of course, that should tell ya something and Im a woman. Secondly I had to go to UPS because FedEx didn't have a box, like really.. You ship stuff back and don't carry all size boxes. UPS didn't have the right size but we're smart enough to make one the right size. The girl I dealt with was incompetent. Thank god for UPS and hiring men who have common sense. Never go to FedEx.
