There are thieves working here. I have received several opened packages with content stolen over the last year. They are usually sent from local retailers, and I have security cameras pointing at my porch and mailbox. So I am quite sure it was someone at this DC. The fact that empty package was delivered rather than being alerted in-transit makes me believe it's a delivery driver assigned to my route. FedEx management, this is easy to track down. Contact me and I'd be happy to assist.
Does anyone there really know how long it takes to get a product picked up and delivered?? Product was supposed to be delivered today. At the end of the delivery window that they gave, a delayed email came in stating it would be 3 additional days to get rhe product. Now I know why my company discontinued working with FedEx. They have the habit of over promise and way under delivering
My package was in Springdale on 12/10 next stop would be Hamilton BUT they have taken my package back to Cincinnati on the scenic route 16 and counting trucks and docks it has been loaded and unloaded today is 12/22 and No updates available now for my package this is complete BS I understand it is 121 lbs it's a solid wood bed ugh 😩😫
Very much unprofessional company and as a receiver I am disappointed as to the service I have received. Package attempts getting dropped off with incomplete door tags information, delivery drivers taking days to drop off two packages. This has absolutely been a nightmare company to deal with. Do not ship! If you are receiving goods make sure they are not coming through Fed-X because they drop your packages off when they want to, and not based off the schedule they have to follow! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! My package got returned due to them damaging my package (even tho I never seen it) then I call and was told I wouldn't speak to a manager and not to worry they will send me updates on my Package when it moves again. No information, not sympathy, no understanding, this place is a JOKE!!!! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING SHIPPED THRU FEDEX!!!!!! It was my sons birthday gift that will probably show up a week late if it even shows up
