Two days out for delivery on the delivery truck? Five now being that you’re not open on Saturday! You guys always say ground shipping is till a certain time. I know once it hits a certain time the package isn’t coming. If you’re going to give date of delivery make sure you make the commitment. Nobody wants to be given a time and waiting and another day goes by nothing occurs. This makes you all look very unprofessional, and unreliable. Multiple times fedex it’s the same situation!
Obviously, they hire brain dead, incompetent drivers. Leaning an 80+ lb package on the door so it falls on my gf when she opened the door. Fortunately, the doorbell cam caught everything.
Apparently you don't have to read to work here and after seeing all these bad reviews I'll never find my package This place needs new management fast!!!!!!
Huge place. I was able to drop off a large package here easily. I recommend driving here
