The customer service was awesome
I avoid FedEx at all costs. Overnight shipping NEVER arrives on time - usually takes about 4 to 5 days. Their drivers lie and say they have attempted to deliver - but the truth is, they didn't even try and don't want to be held responsible for not doing their job. Customer service has tried to be helpful, but they can't even reach a live employee at the warehouse nearby (where my climate controlled medication has been taken to sit in the heat two days in a row now due to an incompetent and lazy driver) to find out if i can g... read more
Unreliable delivery service. Delays on delays.
Sent my package 7/18/2026 Priority overnight package is still in Arlington, TX FedEx and has not been delivered -- it's 7/22/2026. It's been 4 das past the delivery date. I put in a support ticket. I have checked the tracking every day, called multiple times and no information has been conveyed to me that my package is not missing, no date on when it will be delivered. I worked on this painting for a year - it is NOT replaceable and it is gone, with absolutely NO INFORMATION. Please find my package.
They delivered the incorrect package to my doorstep. Wrong name, wrong address, everything was incorrect. I was confused on how something like this could’ve happened but after reading these reviews, I am not surprised. The package they delivered was for a whole other person with a different address, but somehow it came to my house. So i never received my package and I suppose the other person didn’t either since I still have it. Mind you, I paid for express shipping… just to receive someone else’s package.
