This is my second time ordering my son a phone card. This location is extremely unprofessional. Some lady called. My phone did not leave her name, but she said that it’s supposed to be her desk. She hasn’t picked up the phone from me since I’ve called her back the first time I’m trying to hold my son‘s phone card because he needs it for school. FedEx is horrible. Packages arrive to late and drivers do not call even though that is what paperwork requested.
Every delivery and I mean every one from Fedx that I track through their app does not arrive when the app says. Always at least a day late. It sits in the warehouse in Ft Worth or Arlington for a day! FedX you Suck! Amazon is going to eat your lunch.
