Horrible experience. I ordered something that required a signature. We work during the day. You would hope they would try to deliver at a different time of day if you aren't home, but no. It's difficult to actually get a person on the phone but if you do, they tell you your package will be delivered next day, but no. Or, they will tell you it will be left at a nearby facility, but no. You will have to drive over an hour one way to get it, only for no one to be available to serve you. Ridiculous. I would never choose Fedex.

FedEx exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from the phone support to the local facility. I had paid for expedited shipping, but the delivery was missed because the package required a signature. Since it was Friday, I called customer service and explained that I needed the package that day rather than waiting until Monday. They went above and beyond by connecting me with the local warehouse. Brayshon does not know how to do his job or read. Address is very clear, he put can't find address because he wanted to get off early on a Friday. Item is already 2 days late...thanks Brayshon and FedEx. Yall suck

I have been waiting on a package since Tuesday because they placed it on the back of the wrong vehicle, was supposed to be redelivered the next day yeah that never happened at all. I have called customer service numerous of times and every time they all change their answers as to when I will get my package. This is really frustrating because why can’t this major company do its job like it is supposed to be done.
