Had me waiting for two days for a package. I was tracking the package the whole time. No call no show two days in a row. My package arrived shortly after my phone call to them.
This is a sort facility. There is no retail or consumer presence at this location.
Stay away from this FedEx Arlington the drivers are completely a joke had a whole week of trying too get my package , I have paid lockers in my complex also was told by a customer representative that works at this FedEx too leave a sign signature attached too the locker the driver will see did that , made two complaints supervisors calls my landlord instead of contacting me for delivery when my name and number attach too my account , the driver returns knock on my door nonchalant at this point he mad because the first five d... read more
