I think what would make the untimely deliveries more manageable is if they at least updated you about your package accurately. Don’t tell me my package is scheduled for delivery next day…then next day arrives and it’s still sitting at the facility…my package has been at the facility for almost 3 days now and they won’t let me pick it up. This is a health related order and the deliveries for this area show absolutely no sense of urgency!
I ordered some dog food for my pup from a big online retailer on January 30th, it was on the truck for delivery on the 31st. Here it is, February 3rd and I still haven't seen my package and it has gone from the Fort Worth terminal which is closer to me to the Arlington terminal farther away. Why? Who the hell knows but if you live in the DFW area and notice the type of people that FedEx hires it will all start to make sense. If you know, you know.
