Completely incompetent. They just tried to deliver my package that needs to be signed for to the wrong address. Thankfully no one was home there, but if they had been would Fedex just have taken a signature from a random person?? And I still don't have my package.

I’d give 0 stars if I can. I’m not sure of which facility it should be, I got an email this morning that Donald was on the way with my delivery and that it will be here by noon. By 2 pm it had changed to being here by 8 pm. At 6:12 pm it changed to my delivery had updated, the exception? Address incorrect. Online assistant is useless. When you call customer service, the automated assistant won't put you through to a human. You have to keep hitting "0." When you finally get a human, english is second language and all they do is track the package the way you did and tell you what you already know. "Its enroute and traveling to its destination." No its not! Ask for a supervisor? They tell you they are the supervisor. Then they hangup on you. Worst customer service in the world, except maybe USPS.
