You guys are terrible. I have been sitting here tracking and waiting for my package all day.( 2 days late from original date) Says driver tried to deliver at 7:10. That is a lie, we have security cameras that alerts if anyone is here. We also have a blink, neither were alerted. Absolutely disappointed with FedEx. I called multiple times, clearly instructed FedEx that if I’m not home, just drop off my package without requiring a signature. Every time, the representative promised to fix the issue. Yet internally, no one communicated. Every instruction was completely ignored. I’ve been waiting since Thursday, and now it’s Sunday — still no package. I needed it urgently for travel tomorrow, and FedEx completely ruined my schedule.
