8/22 There are only so many reviews one can write - again, my order was not delivered during the scheduled time frame. From experience, when it gets changed from a delivery time to "by the end of the day" Surprise! I actually made it, just 5 hours past the end of the scheduled delivery time. Beyond frustrated. FedEx driver show's up looking around in truck gets out says he doesn't have my package. I show him a picture of my package sitting in someones garage I don't have a garage I've already called customer service prior to him arriving because package was showing delivered but I didn't receive it calls his manager they say something about a contractor for FedEx had grabbed my package on purpose or by mistake I'm unsure then delivered it to the wrong house. The Roanoke Virginia FedEX hub: I have recieved messages/ emails about different packages telling me they can not find my address, and or the zip code is incorrect. After contacting them, and confirming address, i get one message telling me they missed me and a signature is required, and another message following the same day telling me address incorrect !?! Pick a story and stick to it guys. UPS does not have an issue finding the address. USPS seems to find it every day. Even the sherrifs department found it to hand deliver... read more
