The Roanoke Virginia FedEX hub: I have recieved messages/ emails about different packages telling me they can not find my address, and or the zip code is incorrect. After contacting them, and confirming address, i get one message telling me they missed me and a signature is required, and another message following the same day telling me address incorrect !?! UPDATE 11/29 Order was delivered timely by Rafael. UPDATE 11/20, I have cameras, the driver never showed up with my delivery. I wish I could put a 0 star, driver, Rafael, sat in Montvale for over 30 minutes, at a business park, and then put my order could not be delivered due to security restrictions. He NEVER came to my house (remember, cameras), no gated driveway, I watched the delivery map as he drove past my road. No phone call either. Guaranteed delivery is a joke!! No explanation. If you need something on time use UPS!! Customer service is laughable. Just reading prompts. No Help at all!
