I had a good experience here. Brought in a Hello Fresh load. Apt was 11:00am, arrived at 9:15a drop trailer. At 10:30 spotters began putting trailers in docks(red) once trailer was empty they take it around the other side for pallets and wrap to be cleaned out of trailer (yellow)then hook up and go. Was heading out at 12:30 .This is a one way in and one way out facility and everyone was very nice.

Security, great, check in lady at the window, polite informative fast. Overall system not so good. Ran out of driving time during my wait to unload, they let me wait my 10 out without any headache at all. So 5 stars for that alone

The Fedx ground warehouse that delivers to our area is out of Theodore, Al. In the past 6 months we have cringed when we saw a package was coming by Fedx. The first package said it delivered to our door. Surprise! It wasn't there. So I chased the truck down and the driver Brenden laughed and said oh yeah I left it ....and told me where. The second issue was a package that was out for delivery and it got quitting time and all of a sudden the package had a hold requested. I nor the seller requested a hold.
