DONT USE FEDEX...PLEASE!!! 7/30/25 ZERO STARS!!! SHOULD BE 5-💩💩💩💩💩!!! I have had 5 packages all on separate dates NOT delivered. The DRIVER: places the packages against a random wall, attaches a pictures and says delivered. The drivers NEED to be held accountable. FEDEX...THATS WHERE YOUR BIGGEST LOSSES ARE COMING FROM!!! Can't get a hold of anybody at this location. My package was labeled with the wrong address. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with some indian that barely spoke English. He said he changed the delivery address to my address but fedex in Durham is still trying to deliver my package in Raleigh and I live in Warrensville halfway across the state. This company has no real contact number. My scheduled delivery date was over two weeks ago.
Fedex Ground is absolutely terrible. WeatherTech shipped car mats to me via Fedex Ground, and I have had the worst delivery experience with them in years. They keep saying my street address does not exist, but I have received hundreds of shipments over the last 10 years with no problem. UPS and Amazon have the ground game down pat. Fedex Ground is STILL not even close!
