I have never received a package from this facility on time. It has made clear, negative impacts on our business. If a vendor plans to ship to us via FedEx we find a different vendor it's so bad.
As much as I want to share good words about my experience I can only share the truth. It would have been great to have received customer service that was filled with quality and professionalism but Alexis hanging up on me and she supposed to be I'm not sure someone of authority does it help and she wasn't any of the above.
For over a year now I have tracked my packages from Florida to Maine and they travel fast to the Durham ground hub, once here it is immediately labeled undeliverable, business closed, for a week, every time. This shows a total lack of corporate oversight of standards and fraud do to deliveries that arrive well after paid for delivery times.
I strongly recommend using UPS instead of FedEx. My experience with FedEx was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I was given inaccurate information about the status and delivery of my package. Scheduled delivery times were repeatedly missed without explanation, and customer service was unhelpful throughout the process.
