This is FRAUD!! I'd give no stars if I could. Someone is lying and stealing time and resources. My package is over a week late. After calling three days in a row to get it resolved I wake up today to find they have changed my delivery to a store pick up an hour away from my house. This is completely unacceptable. Someone needs to lose their job. This has happened to other neighbors in my area as well. Someone is lying about coming out this way and it needs to stop.
The worst in the delivery business. This company really went dowm hill.

Driver "attempted to deliver" a package multiple times but I have cameras and no one even came on the property. I dawn a fedex driver across the street at one point and my order was marked undeliverable soon after. After 3 days in a row of this happening I called the line and got a very nice but very Indian man who opened a ticket about my concern that the driver had not even attempted delivery and offered to hold my package in durham.
