Can't get a hold of anybody at this location. My package was labeled with the wrong address. I called the 1-800 number and spoke with some indian that barely spoke English. He said he changed the delivery address to my address but fedex in Durham is still trying to deliver my package in Raleigh and I live in Warrensville halfway across the state. This company has no real contact number. My scheduled delivery date was over two weeks ago.
Fedex Ground is absolutely terrible. WeatherTech shipped car mats to me via Fedex Ground, and I have had the worst delivery experience with them in years. They keep saying my street address does not exist, but I have received hundreds of shipments over the last 10 years with no problem. UPS and Amazon have the ground game down pat. Fedex Ground is STILL not even close!

Not sure what has happened to FedEx. In the last 3 months deliveries are usually at least a day late, trucks damage the driveway and lawn. Something has really changed?
