This was the worst shipment we've ever worked with, and it was our second and final time. Both times it didn't arrive on time, nor was the tracking number updated. The staff and delivery drivers were incompetent and unaware of each other's work.

Aight, So i don’t normally do this but since google keep asking me and i have time today, For whatever reason you come here First thing first, Do not pull up to main big gates, Your personal car is not permitted inside the facility its only for fedex trucks Before you get to the main gate, there is a turn on right side to the parking lot, pull in there and then there on north side you’ll see a small gate, next to it is a box with a button, click that thing and someone from inside will answer or security will come to you . This could be the worst delivery system you can used drivers in the palm beach gardens area keep delivering packages in the wrong area were are missing or stolen delivery instructions have been provided to deliver in my front door and they keep delivering at the pool of my community try to talk to de delivery lady and seems like she don't care at all also call support from FedEx and is even worse DON'T USE THIS CRAP SERVICE
