Please be careful with this place
I am writing about my extreme dissatisfaction with FedEx’s customer service. The manager at this location and representatives I spoke with regarding my open investigation were completely dismissive, unprofessional, and lacked any sense of accountability. I am currently tracking a case of suspected employee theft involving a high-value shipment, and the lack of urgency or support from the staff is unacceptable. Moving forward, I will be taking my business exclusively to UPS

This was the worst shipment we've ever worked with, and it was our second and final time. Both times it didn't arrive on time, nor was the tracking number updated. The staff and delivery drivers were incompetent and unaware of each other's work.
