The worst.
Had a time sensitive delivery today. I watched the Fedex Ground truck, pull up to my building and sit there for a few minutes. Then just drove off and marked my package as incorrect address! Now it's a day behind. When I spoke with customer service, they only apologized while trying to excuse the matter. Also that the package will be attempted delivery the next day.
