Damaged my package i called said i was going to pick it up nobody told me i needed to schedule a pick up went and got told it was on the way back to the shipper
One of the worst FedEx warehouses.
Per usual cant get anything from FedEx delivered correctly is my package lost ot was supposed to be delivered two days ago and what a surprise you are actively trying to get me a new delivery date
Drivers from the Lansing MI facility have skipped my house multiple times causing me to have to contact shipper. Drivers out of this facility are not held accountable for skipping deliveries and putting them off when they have no valid reason. Weather delays i understand but we've had perfect weather. I never have problems with amazon, ups or FedEx until i had to receive service from this facility. If you can get packages from anywhere else i advise you do.
Never deliver anything on time never keeps their word
