Drivers from the Lansing MI facility have skipped my house multiple times causing me to have to contact shipper. Drivers out of this facility are not held accountable for skipping deliveries and putting them off when they have no valid reason. Weather delays i understand but we've had perfect weather. I never have problems with amazon, ups or FedEx until i had to receive service from this facility. If you can get packages from anywhere else i advise you do.

Never deliver anything on time never keeps their word

For the second time, this FedEx location has been dishonest about a delivery. Earlier this year, before spring, a driver claimed they couldn’t deliver due to a snow-blocked walkway. That was untrue—we had everything cleared—and the photo provided wasn’t even of our home. We live in Charlotte, and the picture was clearly taken somewhere in Lansing. Now, just yesterday, a driver marked a package as undeliverable because “no one was home to sign.” It was a book, and there were six people home at the time. Once again, the proof ... read more

We are on their regular route, and one of the drivers out of this outpost is regularly busted on camera completely skipping our business and trying to say that our business is closed. This is impeding our business and we rely on FedEx to deliver things on time. They marked that our business was closed at 2:41PM on a Wednesday afternoon, while having two banners, a huge open sign, and a 20ft “Now Open” tube man in the parking lot with all the doors open. Yeah, sure. We’re closed.
