Just ridiculous that they will put your package on the truck and drive to within a mile of your home for 3 days in a row and never drop it off. The foreign call center(customer service) is zero help.
Just sucked
Wasn't going to even give them a 1 star says our dog food was suppse to be delivered at 445pm it's now 740pm and still no package so I called there 1800 number they didn't help any either just told us the same information we already knew. So needless to say we didn't get any where or our package wouldn't recommend this company for any delivery service.
