The workers who load the trailers are disrespectful and rude. They take a long time to do their work. Night shift.
Packages routed through the FedEx Ellenwood location are consistently mishandled. Multiple packages have been falsely marked as delivered, and this appears to be a recurring issue — not just in my experience, but based on numerous other customer reviews and even internal feedback within FedEx’s own network. I had a package that was scanned out for delivery every day and then delayed every evening. 2 straight weeks! It finally too one customer service rep to call and speak to management while following up with me. This was cleared a week ago. Today marks the 2nd straight day for an out for delivery and back on delayed until next day. What is going on? I am regretting any company using FedEx on my orders.
Great work environment
The yard jockeys at this facility need to slowdown. I’ve got a new driver on my truck and with them speeding by while they’re trying to back up is just an accident waiting to happen. Absolutely no courtesy of being an actual truck driver.. like come on you guys get paid by the hour not by the mile.
