I wish I could give FedEx negative stars. I've had one of the worst shipping experiences that I've ever had. It's to the point that I no longer want to do business with anyone that uses them for shipping. I had a very expensive item shipped to me and the shipping alone cost me over $200 and required a signature. First off, it was 2 days late and when it finally arrived, the driver just dropped off a "we missed you tag". I live in a large apartment complex that has a mailroom. Misdelivered package and they do not offer any type of reimbursements or updates on what they try to do to get the package back. They are are aiding people in package theft at this point, seems they do not even have people who can tell house numbers apart. Package was worth over $300.

Driver turned around in my driveway and hit my wall and drove off. I called the 1800 number, received a confirmation/reference number. 4 days later and still no one has called me. Thankfully my neighbor also witnessed and heard the collision. Guess I can report the accident to my local PD. Tried to handle with FedEx Ground
