Days later than promised, their excuse was literally "we forgot to put it on the van" and then they said they have no way of tracking or contacting the driver to see where it is. Sure. It's 2026 and you want me to believe you have NO possible chance of contacting or tracking a driver, like we live in the dessert in the 1800s and he's delivering on horseback.
My package has been sitting at this place for over a week. When I track the package it says there is no estimated delivery time. However, the store I ordered the package from can’t refund me or replace my item because FedEX keeps updating their delivery date. That doesn’t even make sense. I’m far beyond frustrated.
My package delivery was delayed three times and they couldn't tell me when I was going to get my package
