I was supposed to have flowers delivered to my job yesterday and went to check tracking only to see that the package was delayed and that they would be arriving a day late (today). This morning I got a call from a driver? Asking about the address my package was supposed to be delivered to.. it was the wrong address so I gave her the correct one. I had some issues with a package that required a signature, and after trying normal FedEx support for days, I was finally directed to come here and pick up my package. The ladies that worked at the desk here were super friendly and helpful in finding my package so I could sign for it! Thank you so much!

The worst company to deliver anything. Told me my package was gonna be delivered today so I took the day off now they moved it for 2 more days . For the sake of God people, use UPS.

Your driver wrecked into my house and drove off. I have provided pictures, video screenshot, police report to this claim number. Yet still you refuse to fix any damages.
