Packages all year fail delivery claiming closed business when we are there. I've had to pick up so many shipments and most have notes requesting for them not to deliver but fed ex cab never explain why. This has to be the most unreliable and lazy fedex location ever
Took a picture of my house and drove off without attempting a delivery. What is wrong with your drivers. No door tag either. What the hell?
Incompetent constantly somehow delivering to the wrong address. Apparently the drivers don’t know how to read. And their delivery driver Melissa decided to drop my expedited insurance package (containing an $600 check) outside my apartment building entrance without so much as buzzing my apartment.
I was delivering packages through a 3rd party company for FedEx and they are refusing to give me my paycheck, FedEx themselves don't seem interested at all in this... I'm going to have to go with a lawsuit for what is owed to me!
Had to come to this location to pick up a package because apparently fedex didn’t have my apartment number even tho I typed it into the shipping label. I have been waiting currently 40 mins for a package that states it’s ready for pick up. When I first got here had to call the office phone three times because the first two times was canceled for some reason. This is very unprofessional and exactly why a lot of people don’t use fedex.
