I want to recognize Jeremiah at FedEx Ground for truly going above and beyond. I had a time-sensitive clothing delivery that required a signature, but as a neurosurgeon on call, I was tied up at the hospital and couldn’t be home to receive it or redirect it to a hold location. Jeremiah made the extra effort to contact me once the package returned to the ground facility and personally let me know where I could pick it up. If this is the abilene Tx location. Come up to the stoo sign at the bridge turn right and down the hill you will see the warehouse. To the right. For some reason the directions stop you at the top of the bridge.

Very much of a joke for customer service. Their delivery guys dont know how to read obviously. Sign on porch asking them to place packages in a certain area and instead they place package in front of sign. Pretty sad.

Paid for 2 day delivery over a week ago but still have not recieved my package because they say the weather is affecting them although both UPS and USPS have been to my house everyday that FedEx claims the weather is bad! I'm going to let all the people I order from to only use UPS never fed ex again
