Horrible customer service and my package was delivered to the wrong address. When I call to get it taken care of. I was told different stories by each person that I spoke with. Now they are saying it will take another 24 to 48 hours to get my package and if the can’t retrieve it, I have to file for a lost package and wait another 4-5 days for it to ship back out. I was told that I would have information by the end of the day and haven’t heard a thing at all. So if I can help it no shipping on fedex again.

Ask for directions to nearest FedEx and no one knew where the nearest one was at.. I didn’t understand. How can you work FedEx? And not know.. no help at all I had to use google.
You cannot speak to a person on the phone! It’s irritating as heck when you have a valid tracking number & they don’t have a record of it…therefore you cannot reach a REAL PERSON with a REAL PROBLEM. I see why their approval rating is so low. It’s absolutely correct!!!
My package has said out for delivery for two days. It has not been attempted at all. Now today it claims weather delayed. It's 63 and sunny! Then fedex won't speak to you and the system hangs up. No option for representative.
