I had an order was supposed to be delivered to my job instead the salesperson who came to my house got the wrong apartment number and email I called att and they fixed everything Monday night I was supposed to get my package Tues night they still deliver to the wrong number to the apartment and I called several days and they said it will on wed before 8pm as an expedited order before 8pm never got my package they will deliver tomorrow on Thursday before 8pm it sucks I was depending on this package. FedEx has 8 box trucks illegally parked in a residential area. I contacted FedEx directly and FedEx did nothing about this.

Have been waiting for 6 packages over 2 weeks this that has been at the hub and been told it is a contractor issue. Customer service has been nice but can not help me with issue. My whole area has had an issue. Today got a notice that 3 of the packages were attempted but customer was not available... no signature was needed and we were home... no door tag left... so this was a lie... worst experience

The absolute worst delivery company you will ever have the misfortune of using. My package has "been out for delivery" every day for the past 4 days and every day it has sat at the facility.
