FedEx has 8 box trucks illegally parked in a residential area. I contacted FedEx directly and FedEx did nothing about this.
Have been waiting for 6 packages over 2 weeks this that has been at the hub and been told it is a contractor issue. Customer service has been nice but can not help me with issue. My whole area has had an issue. Today got a notice that 3 of the packages were attempted but customer was not available... no signature was needed and we were home... no door tag left... so this was a lie... worst experience
The absolute worst delivery company you will ever have the misfortune of using. My package has "been out for delivery" every day for the past 4 days and every day it has sat at the facility.
Apparently they don't take consumer deliveries at that location. The place was locked up like it was the CIA.
Horrible customer service and my package was delivered to the wrong address. When I call to get it taken care of. I was told different stories by each person that I spoke with. Now they are saying it will take another 24 to 48 hours to get my package and if the can’t retrieve it, I have to file for a lost package and wait another 4-5 days for it to ship back out. I was told that I would have information by the end of the day and haven’t heard a thing at all. So if I can help it no shipping on fedex again.
