It is sad that as a delivery driver myself for a different company can get every single item to the correct door whether it being a apartment, a condo or a house, whether it be a large aquarium or cases of water or anything they desire for me to deliver and you all have no energy to walk up a few flights of stairs with a small package in hand.

Had a package I presigned for them to leave- they didn’t leave it and took a picture of a neighbors door. Reached out to customer service and they agreed he was in wrong. Called Plantside who told them they would ensure driver came back. Someone sat at my house til I got home from work. Called again and told no ticket was created they’d create one and have an answer in an hour… two hours later still no package… UPS AND USPS are better than this

I ordered something from eBay and they destroyed the label so they couldn't deliver it and now they're trying to deliver it to the wrong address. I've called and was told the shipper can only change the address and so the shipper called and they said only the customer can so the address just can't be changed. Absolute garbage company that lost a rare item I've been wanting for years and won't do anything to make it right.

Sick and tired of what I wanted to talk to a wide agent they’re stupid robot won’t let me They keep hanging up on me. All I have to do is talk to a live agent. I don’t wanna talk to a stupid robot. You all need to get better. Customer service on the phone.

Had packages delivered twice through FedEx each time it says the packages were delivered but I never received them.
