Mala experiencia ya que realize un pedido y la entrega estaba programada para el 14 de junio según ya estaba en camino y nunca llego mi pediod, colocaron entregado y después colocaron que mi entrega se habia cambiado que ellos la habían programado para un dia hábil desde entonces he llamado y todos los dias me decían algo diferente q disculpas qué mi paquete fue entregado en otra casa que ya estaban trabajando en mi caso para recuperar mi paquete y hoy me llaman para decirme que lo sienten que no pueden hacer nada y que mi p... read more

For the 2nd time in less than a month FedEx has not delivered when scheduled AND has give untrue reasons for non-delivery. FedEx has blamed us for not being home and for us requesting a later delivery, both absolutely false. Both missed deliveries were for perishable items. My wife literally chased a FedEx truck in the neighborhood for the prior miscue, only to learn that yes the package was on the truck (as it had been for 3 days), but it wasn’t on the driver’s delivery map.
