FedEx has continuously delivered our package to different addresses (not ours, and never the same one) since we moved into our apartment. Sometimes we can find it, sometimes we can’t. I always try to retrieve it myself, but they’ve had to come back and redeliver before. Currently, we had a package that was “delivered” on Wednesday 1/21 to the wrong address. I get random charges from this company that’s not mine and packages always late at this company
Delivery Drivers don't know how to find a house and lie about trying to deliver. Has happened to me multiple times. They take a picture of the item on their truck then say I wasn't home. No ticket left at my door, just a lying and inept driver that can't read a map or try to contact me to insure delivery. My wife's Christmas present still has not arrived. A phone call takes me to a call service in India with no accountability or connection to this branch. If I could give 0-stars I would. Terrible service. I've attached a pic... read more
