I wanted to thank Patrick mgr, Silvia at the office who went over and above and helped me with my package delivery when the app and another rep Jessica who didnt want too. All Jessica had to do was say call customer service to hold it at the station.Omar the driver was kind and helpful. Thanks to Patrick,Silvia and Omar. By the way the app said it would be held for me when they said it couldn't be. Need to fix the app and the process. Jim

Very poor delivery service. Deliver to my house about 60% of time. Deliver to a neighbor house about 45% of the time. I find it via photo of delivery. The other 5% God does not know where it was delivered. UPS and USPS have no problem with proper delivery, why does Fedex have so much trouble?

Today, FedEx fails to deliver again. After placing an order, a feeling of disappointment always comes over me if I receive a FedEx tracking number. I have resolved to cancel future orders from shippers that choose FedEx. Of all of the shipping companies, FedEx is the worst in my rural area.

A few years ago there was an issue with a driver from this fedex center because they kept marking a large heavy package as undeliverable and returned it to the sender multiple times until I scheduled to pick it up at the fedex warehouse. The staff that time were helpful (sans the driver) and I got my package so it wasnt the end of the world. Recently however Ive had problems with 2 larger shipments from Abercrombie. One went missing as soon as it was out for delivery and another arrived opened and resealed with clear tape. A... read more
