Delivery Drivers don't know how to find a house and lie about trying to deliver. Has happened to me multiple times. They take a picture of the item on their truck then say I wasn't home. No ticket left at my door, just a lying and inept driver that can't read a map or try to contact me to insure delivery. My wife's Christmas present still has not arrived. A phone call takes me to a call service in India with no accountability or connection to this branch. If I could give 0-stars I would. Terrible service. I've attached a pic... read more
I say next to the front door for hours and no one rang or knocked yet they claimed I wasn't home. Wasted hours of my life. I asked for an apology and have yet to receive one. Lying drivers who need get home in time to watch Wheel of Fortune are the norm. This is why I go out of my way to use UPS...a reputable company. Avoid FedEx unless you don't want your product and like being gaslit. BTW...they don't care about their customers ever.
