No receipt was given and it was not easy just to drop off a package for a return. I had to call a number then the person I spoke with on the phone referred me back to where I was told to call the number for my package to be picked up. So I will not do that again I was given a slight run around. And I have no receipt of dropping off my package add FedEx.
Put a live representative on the phone. Your options in the automated messages dont help at all.
