Constantly marks my home address as a business and don’t even attempt to make deliveries on the day they say it’s due. It’ll be marked on a truck with a driver and they’ll push it to the next day because my house is marked as “business closed”. They delivered my medication 5 days late that needed to be refrigerated and it went bad.
If I could give FedEx a blank star, I would. Use UPS when never use FedEx. You don’t give a crap about their customers. FedEx was given clear instructions. FedEx was told about my disability. FedEx was told that I live alone. FedEx assured me everything would be handled properly. And then FedEx did exactly the opposite of what I was promised.
